Hey Eric, so i cant figure out why my headlights, cluster lights , dome AND taillights are flashing i was hoping you’d be able to help me!

I don’t notice any power surges in the motor or anything when i drive during night or day. Its only when i’m driving at night that all my lights flicker and sometimes i think i could get pulled over because of how bad they flash. I started off the easy way by cleaning the grounds off really well and making sure all cables weren’t frayed or split. Well one day it didn’t wanna start ( this happened maybe 3 times leaving me stranded) so i left my keys on the on position to mess with wires and to see if i heard the keys come on. So i messed with the negative terminal cable to see if it was grounded all the way and it seemed to be fine but my keys would cut in and out ( making the honda beeping noise when keys are on the on position ). So i replaced the negative terminal cable even cleaned off the positive and negative terminals as well as all the grounds, it still flickers. it seems to start everytime now but still flickers. I had my alternator tested and they said it was good, could it maybe be something on the inside of the alternator? my car is %100 stock as far as electrical goes, ive had this car for four years and not a single issue til now.i drive a 1999 civic ex 2 door. If you have an answer it would be greatly appreciated!!

4 questions based on my experiences with my Civic:

        1) When it wouldn’t start did it make any noise at all? Did it crank or anything?

        2) Have you checked the wires leading to the alternator? On my friend’s car they were quite worn which was leading to an intermittent connection.

        3) Is your alternator belt loose?

        4) Not a question but an observation. People who have had similar problems as your car does have ended up having all signs point to the alternator. So it’s interesting that yours tested as okay.

2.) the wires seemed okay but ill have to look at them again but they didnt look worn

3.)belt is normal it seems like

4.) even if it tested okay could it be something on the inside of the alternator?
