is there anything that will last to fix a leak in the header on my 2000 jeep gc? the leak is on the bend so it would be hard to wrap anything there . the pipe is OEM but in good shape other than this noisey little leak I have tried crap from AZ that is suppose to take up to 2000 degrees b ut it blew it out on startup HELP

looks like damage , not rot

Welding if you have access is the way to go. The header has flex pipe on that model??? If you can get access , ciment muffler would maybe do the trick but it is the flex who broke it in the first place I would imagine. So taking it out to repair or replace would be your solution.

Welding is possible but it can be tricky to weld cast iron. You really need someone that knows what they’re doing for this. I don’t think there is any DIY repair that I can think of that will work for any length of time however. You might consider a salvage part if you’re looking to save some money by not having to buy a new part.
