          If you dont have access to a smoke machine then start by following all evap hoses and see if you find the leak.

            Evap leaks are tricky and as stated you really need a smoke machine and even better a smoke machine and a FSM that shows the testing that needs to be done for your particular code. There could be a leak somewhere OR it could be a faulty solenoid but you won’t know without the proper testing equipment and procedures. You really can’t throw parts at this problem.
