Evap P0449 2010 Camaro – failed vent sol. valve

We have the bad part off (coil tests open). New part is on order from the dealer. WOW – what a job! Part location is above the rear differential. Any tips from someone who has done this would be appreciated. It’s an early 2010 production.

Long 90* pick will be your best friend. If I remember correctly anyway. I think it’s been about 2 months since I did the last one. It’s tight but if your careful you can sneak it out. If I remember correctly but don’t quote me it took me about 25 minutes the last one I Did.

The book wants you to remove a bunch of things but there are ways to cheat 😉
