Eric, don’t be hard on yourself. I think it would have helped if they had set up turn in, apex and turn out cones to help guide you as a newbie. And I get the being careful with someone else’s $100000 car.

Having raced for some time, I don’t think I ever learned a new track in under 10 laps.

Thanks for that. What’s really cool is that wasn’t even the whole track. There was still a couple of miles we didn’t drive on. Part of it was a straight that I would have liked to open the Vette up on. I’m more comfortable going fast in a straight line I suppose. It would be nice to learn how to do this properly though. It’s quite a rush.
