I listed the choices that I was considering in the ETCG1 video I did. The F100 was never on that list. Perhaps at some point in the future but for now I’m very happy with my Fairmont. I do hope to get a truck at some point however.

Anyway I’m happy it’s a ford and can’t wait for the first video. When will the first video be coming out? Does anyone know what engine the F100 has anyway?

I’ll be shooting videos with the Fairmont starting early next year. They won’t be modification videos to start out with though. Those will come later as I get money and parts together.

I believe there were a few different engines they put in F100’s, including a straight 6.

she is a beauty Eric, you cannot call her Oliver though,thats a terrible name for a lady, perhaps Olive, a little more feminine. Looking forward to the rebuild already.

I realize that you like a stick with your 4 bangers and it’s probably not as important
to you with a modern 6 or any 8. But if you do go manual on our buts without telling us first
you can always do it on the column. I wonder if anyone here remembers the column. :side:
Only even think about it if it’s something you think you might like.

I don’t believe there was a column shifter available on that vehicle. I’d probably have to swap out the entire column to make that happen.

I have no intentions at this point of putting a manual transmission in the Fairmont for reasons that I’ve already stated.
