Error Code P1138

I got error code P1138 on my 2003 Nissasn Sentra 1.8 161k miles on it. I tried to clear it but light comes back on 2 or 3 days later. I guess this code makes misfired codes to pop up. right know I have P0303. Also, I suffer gas economics.

So P1138 in the nissan sentra is for the swirl valve (looks to be a variable intake valve of some sort) – it’s been covered here in the past:
