Engine starts then dies

I have a B20 in a 95 civic, I did a transmission swap and took the car out and beat on it a little. I think I hit limiter then the car started acting funny, sounded like a Subaru so I assumed it was running on 3 cylinder. Wouldn’t let me rev past 4k when rev limit is almost 7k. And made little to no power. It has a chipped ECU so there’s no check engine light, it’s basically a shift light now. and there’s no lights on the ECU itself, and no OBD port. It will run on starter fluid but die when I stop spraying. Has spark and compression and pretty sure it has fuel pressure because after sitting for a few days and pulled the fuel filter it sprayed out.. It will start the die instantly, or just crank, or start and idle fine then die like 15 seconds later. Same thing if it starts and I hold it above 2k rpm. Then sometimes it will run perfectly fine like nothing happened and I could drive it. That’s about 1/60 chance. I’ve replaced the fuel filter, put a bigger fuel pump in it, new spark plugs, and a new ignition coil. The fuel pump primes every time, and has half a tank. I’ve been working on this for about a month now and I really need some help.

From my experience on this with my 2000 GMC Yukon Denali, could be something with the anti-theft system.
