Engine start hesitates after gas full tank

my 2006 kia rio manual transmission hesitates to start after filling her up of gas all the way to full. the first time it happened is that when i repeteadly press the gas pump lever after it eject automatically (kinda like im overfilling it). then when i started the engine, it hesitated. i was able to start it by pumping the gas pedal several times. then after a couple of week, i fill up gas again but this time, it is just almost to full. But it did hesitated again. i applied gas again and it started. so it hesitated twice and during after fill up at full gas level. does anyone have any idea of what is wrong? thanks

I have seen so many KIA posts about charcoal canister issues, that happens to be right next to the tank filler pipe, that I am safely guessing that’s what it is. Along with charcoal straight getting into tank and filler pipe.

Collegeman is right. Canister Purge Control Valve fixes this problem.
