Have a noise in engine. Sounds the loudest at the valve cover, but removed it and saw nothing. Listened on the block barely hear it, oil pan barely hear it, X-mission inspection cover barely hear it. But on top the rear right valve cover it very loud(using doctor type stethoscope from Kragens) any ideas its a 98 Chevy 3500HD 7.4L. Trying to insert short video but it not working?

Also it doesn’t appear to be jumping around allot right now, but has anyone heard of a bad connecting/main bearing causing a balancer to to start to break, or a marginal balancer to ruin a connecting/main bearing?
See attached (Iphone video, and I am no ETCG1) White paint marks area in question.
OK it got cut of but was saying it is about 1/8″-3/16″ deep (total depth of balancer is about 1 1/2″)
