engine cranks , no start

vehicle was checked , no immobilzer light on dash when u turn the ignition key to on , also there is no battery light
there is no communication to the vehicle via scan tool , meaning the scan tool doesnt recognize the car , i think its related to the problem of the vehicle as to why the scan tool is not recognizing the car .
a self guage check was done , i got a error 1 dtc which simply means there is a problem in the f-can circuit

this is as far i got with diagnosing the vehicle , any help or suggesions would be nice thank you

Have you tried checking the EFI/ECU fuse?

If a scan tool doesn’t recognise the car maybe the ecu is not getting power.
