Engine compression diagnosis 91 Stanza

I have little to no psi on the #1 cylinder on my KA24E Stanza, the other cylinders are good and uniform. The #1 spark plug is clean, the others slight oil fouling. When testing the #1 I added some oil to the cylinder with no change in results. I am thinking bad valve but before I pull the head could it be anything else. Any suggestions appreciated

If no change in the wet test and no compression at all.
The head needs to be pulled. pull the valve cover to see
if the valve moves when you crank the engine. Unless you
can see it through the oil fill cap. see if this link helps.

The plug being clean may indicate coolant entering that chamber. Is the engine using coolant?
