If the crank is still in decent shape you could have it machined and use oversized main bearings to accomodate for the material taken off the journals. The rod bearing clearance sounds pretty good. They’re usually 0.001-0.003″ and 0.050mm is just under 0.002″. Check to see what a new crank is worth and see if there’s a machine shop around that can machine the old one. Some cranks are surprisingly not that expensive.
