I’m working on a 1978 Lincoln continental with a 460. My question is after 40-50 minutes the tail lights and park lights and the dash lights will go on and off intermittently but the headlights stay on with no problem. I ran a starting/charging test on my picoscope and these are the #’s I got. Battery: Maximum current 94 A internal resistance 45.1 milliohms starter: resistance89.7 milliohms. Charging: charging at 20% voltage 13.1v ripple 619mV current 2.19 A. I guess my question is would a bad alternator or starter cause the light issue after it warms up? Are these #s acceptable. I’ve checked grounds and battery cables and cleaned them up. I know the battery failed. I haven’t chased down that particular circuit yet. Just looking for advice. Thanks in advance.

A flakey headlight switch, perhaps, or a relay.
