Hi guys,
I have a 1998 Peugeot 106 with 99166 miles on the clock. A few days ago I was reversing up a drive and the steering suddenly went very stiff. When I got home I decided to investigate. I started at the fuse, no problems there. I believe the relay for the pump also controls the vehicle lights and heater, as they are working fine so I have not really spent anytime looking into that. Also the is a multi-pin that connects the pump into the loom, I have separated the pin and I used a power probe to put a direct positive to the pump, the pump starts up fine. And finally yes there is fluid in the reservoir.Cheers guys
