Hello I’m new to the ETCG forums I’m having misfires with my 2003 Honda Accord Ex V6. when I removed my plugs to do a valve adjustment the plugs looked to be fouled. black around the electrode. and brown at the tip. the dealership told me in a inspection when I took it to get the Timing Belt done. They should be replaced. Anyway i have the Factory service manual but its difficult to diagnose because the manual mostly calls for the HDS system. I’ll switch the ignition coil packs and spark plugs to see if the problem go’s away. The codes where DTC 0300,301,302,303,304,305 and P0506 which is idle lower than expected.

How many miles on the van? Try the plugs first to see if the
misfire goes away. The p0506 may be from the misfires or You could
        have a dirty throttle body.

I replaced the spark plugs and all misfire codes as well as the P0506 code went away. after I replaced the spark plugs I reset the PCM/ECM. and perform idle learn procedure. then CEL come on for PO154. it puzzles me because I have had my Accord for 10 years. And it has never thrown a CEL engine code untell now 10 years later. I keep my car as new as possible. and because its the only car I have.

P0154 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1). I would start by checking this sensor out. Pull it off of the plug and test it’s resistance. A non functioning O2 can cause all sorts of crazy things with the fuel since the computer has less information to now use to determine the right fuel quantity.

These videos should help out a little bit.

I was going to clean the connector to it with some electrical contact cleaner with Q-tips. and then reconnect it. and clear the PCM/ECM again and see if it comes back. if it does what resistance do I check for how many ohms?
