I turned on my 98 toyota corolla and flipped the light switch on. The lights turned on and immediately turned back off. Lights only work in DRL mode (daytime running light) and I checked the two headlight relays and they both had continuity. PLEASE HELP!

Are the lights staying on at all time?

The low beams stay on during the day and turn off at night. If I turn on my headlights or high beams the lights will not turn on at all. So obly the daytime running lights work during the day.

yes but that is not the issue. The issue is that the DRL do not come on at night obviously and when I flip the switch to turn on my headlights at night the headlights nor the high beams come on.

I checked the fuses and they are all in good shape. I used a multimeter to check if their was any electrical activity where you insert the 10A left/right head upper fuses as well as the 10A LH-LWR HEAD and the RH-LWR HEAD fuses but my multimeter read 0.0  again these fuses are fine but their seems to be no electrical activity in these areas. the 7.5 AC fuse is also in good shape but the area where you insert this fuse also has no electrical activity (0.0) when I tested it with a multimeter.
