Door Hinge pins on my 94 gmc truck

My door hinge pins seem to be why my driver door is closing funny are these that hard to replace? I think its a 2 person job. looking for some tips before I try this project.

This is a pretty good video on it. I just take my time, use a spring remover (you can get them cheap and they save a TON of headache) and use a floor jack with a block of wood on it under the door with a helper when I can.

I’ve done this before and its not hard at all. One person can do it. Getting the spring out is easy, but putting it in is tricky. I bought the door spring tool at napa and it made the job easy for me. Also using the jack to hold the door up was extremely helpful.
