Hey y’all, the Ram is having intermittent hiccups at idle. Changed the spark plugs today and the cylinders seem to be burning great. Ever since I got the truck it’s had this weird intermittent problem only at idle where it will start to run very rough, shake and sputter as if it had a badly tuned carburetor. No CEL and no pending/history codes when plugging my scanner in, however when reading data, the LTFT reads -33% when the problem happens! Very rich for some reason pulling ALOT of fuel. From the throttle body is a loud hiss when this occurs as well which I can only assume the IAC. It corrects itself on its own or when I step on the throttle. Sticky IAC perhaps? This is the 318(5.2). I haven’t done much on the truck yet aside from a basic tuneup, oil change and compressor clutch.
