Do I NEED valve adjustment to my CRV 2010

Hello. Do I really need valve adjustment to my CRV 2010 with 122,000k miles. I’ve talked to 3 professional mechanics and they said its just waste of money. Since my engine sound smooth and new. Ever since I bought the car new I replaced the oil every 3k miles. ALL the fluids in my car has been change regularly. This valve adjustment thing makes me paranoid if they gonna open it might cause a problem. What will I do? Thank you

I might add that Honda even issued a bulletin one time about this issue. While the scope of this bulletin is narrow, it applies to all mechanical lifter Hondas, Toyotas, Subarus, or any other engine with solid lifters.
