Disconnected Hose

I have found a disconnected hose in my engine compartment on a 2002 Nissan Altima 2.5 L. No idea what it goes to so any help is appreciated.

if i remember right, Its a vent line for the transmission. When you put your engine cover back on. Theere used to be a clip with a hole in it. Remove
the broken clip and use a tye rap to hold the vent line up.

So this does not connect on the other end of the hose to anything correct?
Well I guess whatever is wrong with the car isn’t going to be a simple hose reconnect.
