defroster not blowing air ?

I have a 1995 Grand Am the heater works fine but it will not blow the air up into the windshield area ! I have taken it apart but I cannot see where the air is diverted by the (ACCUATOR) switch ??? Any ideas ?? Matt

sounds like the mode door is broken or stuck. I don’t
know if its vacuum or electric driven.

DO U KNOW WHERE THE MODE DOOR IS ? i TOOK IT APART AND I CANNOT FIN IT !
