I did a power balance test, #3 RPM didn’t change, switched #4 with #3 injector, RPM still didn’t change. Changed spark plugs in #3, also changed wires, I have a complete new distributor, I also checked for a vacuum leak, no leaks. All injectors are getting power and are “clicking” when the engine is on. Anyone have this happen to them before? Any info is appreciated.

Don’t forget to check engine mechanical. You might want to start with a compression test. More info in this article.
