I know I am probably beating a dead horse with this question but just wanted to create a post that was maybe a little more specific to my situation than the many posts I have come across.
Car—2000 Honda Prelude, Base Model.
Current misfire codes—P1399, P0301, P0302, P0300.
Upgraded parts— NGK Iridiums (torqued and gapped), NGK Wires, Intermotor distributor cap and rotor.Situation-When I start the engine on a cold start it begins to shake and feel jumpy then about 10 seconds later I get a flashing check engine light. Now, I know it’s not recommended but as soon as I drive off and get up to probably at least 10 mph the ride is smooth again and the check engine light no longer flashes. Sure doesn’t drive like anything is damaged, accelerates and hits Vtec beautifully once warmed up. From your guys experience what do you think could be the cause?
