current draw on 1999 Civic starter signal terminal

Does anyone know what the current draw on a 1999 Honda Civic DX, starter signal terminal is? Talking about on the starter.

I’m not sure of current draw. We usually test for 12v at the starter solenoid or
do a voltage drop test. What seems to be the issue?
