Okay, I have this 1996 Integra with 149,000 miles. I replaced the ball joints and steering arms last summer. Now it’s creaking whenever I go over a big speed-bump. It doesn’t creak when I jump on the fenders, and it doesn’t creak when I turn the steering. How can I figure out if it’s the struts, or one of the other flexy and rubbery things? or should I just replace the struts anyway as they haven’t been changed since I got the car with 70,000 miles?
