thanks for the info on the pdf files raistian77 that was helpful but i want to try another approach on this first. You see i am getting 3 codes po352, 354, 356 all which has to do with the first 3 cylinders. I replaced all 3 coils no change gonna try checking the pcm relay first to see if that is bad . If anyone else has any idea’s on why i don’t have spark please let me know. If anyone has a alldata diagram of the relays for this car 06 rav4 3.5 liter 4×4 that would be great and thanks for the help in advance.

Did you check to make sure there is no spark on those cylinders or just no contribution on those cylinders.?
Use a spark tester on the coils to verify a no spark condition.

You could have a jumped timing belt or VVT problem that is causing the misfire.

yes i tested for spark on those cylinders using an extra spark plug i had just stuck the plug in the coil pack boot and cranked it at night so i could see and no spark. I checked all 3 cylinders and same result. I went to the dealer and they told me it may be a bad relay because the crank sensors don’t go bad to often. I think my next step is going to test the ecm or ecu for continuity between there and the coils because i believe that is a signal problem to where the ecu sends a signal to the coils but does not receive one back causing the code to come up and possible no spark problem. Gonna check for broken wires as well if you have any other idea’s please let me know thanks.
