Crank no start?

I have a 94 acura integra 1.8L b18 motor LS. I recently drove my car to the store parked, came out and it wouldn’t start it just turned over. I found out I’m not getting any sparks from the spark plug wires. i just replaced the distributor, the cap, and the plug wires still no spark to the wires with the cap off the coil sparks but wont go to the wires. i really need some advice because i dont have the money to take it anywhere.

You need to bring back those wires where you bought them from and either exchange them for a new set or get your money back and buy a different set somewhere else.

I did that to yet I’m still not getting a spark to them. I was told I need to time my distributor any ideas if that might cause the problem?

I think I die a little inside every time I hear about someone that replaced a Honda distributor, well replaced one with an aftermarket distributor anyway. Aftermarket distributors for Honda’s are poison, I’m not saying that’s what your problem is but the above videos will help you find out if it’s a coil or an igniter issue. It is also possible that it’s the pick up inside the distributor, since it’s new I wouldn’t expect it yet but do the tests in the video and that should let you know if the issue is on the primary or secondary side of the ignition.

It cranks and sparks now but still doesn’t start I don’t know what to do.
