Crank no start

I have a 98 automatic Honda Civic ex itll crank but won’t start i did a head gasket, spark plugs crank position sensor n got a new ecu n re did timing but it still won’t start. Any ideas?

I’d verify fuel. You can attach a gauge to the top of the fuel filter. I had a leaky hose in the tank not long ago. No fuel was making it up to the engine.
