Crank no start (2000 GMC Yukob Denali)

My 2000 GMC Yukon has developed a new problem just today. My Yukon did not want to start today. I have fuel pressure and spark. I also put in brand new fuel injectors today as well since I planned to replace them. I know it’s not the fuel injectors and it did the same crank no start ritual. I replaced the fuel pump relay just now and still no luck, the cap and rotor on the distributor is fairly new, fuel filter is also brand new. I did experience one loud backfire just a few minutes ago. The engine in it is a 5.7L Vortec. Beginning to think I have bad gas yet again.

Have you tested with starting fluid, etc. in the intake?
What is your fuel pressure when cranking?
