No engine lights or warnings and no known issues EXCEPT

When i slow down and then press gas pedal to speed up makes a sound Crrrr Crrr comes from around the driver side. Also the sound comes when i normally turn steering at low speed and then press gas pedal a bit suddenly makes this brief sound Grrr. I can produce this problem most of time. What seems problem?

Is it metallic noise? When the noise happens do you feel any vibration, or feel like a hesitation or something binding?
