Recently my fans on my Acura Integra LS have been switching on and off. The A/C is also not working well, ever since this happened. Flush and thermostat replaced about 4 months ago. Any ideas what could be the problem.

See if the problem is only occurring with the A/C on or at all times.

If the problem is only with the A/C on:
Does the compressor also cycle on and off at about the same time? There is a possibility of the A/C being low on refrigerant causing the compressor and on some vehicles the cooling fan to cycle on and off rapidly. Best thing to do is hook up gauges and check pressures, low pressures will indicate low refrigerant levels.

If the problem occurs at all times (A/C on and off):
Pull up a wiring schematic and inspect the fan, wiring, connections, switch(es), and depending on the year, the PCM. It’s possible that there could be a short to power somewhere that last very short amounts of time.

If the fans are not working right. The ac will not
work right. If you turn the ac on.Do the fans run and
          stay on?

Could it be the fan control unit if the Integra has one?

Just grasping at straws if radiator temp stays around 200 F I have had trouble with the thermostat before. The car acts flunky like they do when they are about to overheat, multiple symptoms. The air turns warm, idle lowers to about 600 rpm, the engine seems to hesitate.

Does the Acura Integra B18b1 have a spot to bleed the cooling system?

I am sorry, was misled by saying the fans kept switching on. I found the real problem is the compressor clutch keeps engaging when hot. please help!!! I don’t have any gauges, but the simple gauge that came with the refrigerant kit I got. I wouldn’t think about working on the system, but if it is something I can fix great

Unfortunately, the only way to pinpoint A/C problems accurately is with high and low side gauges and A/C repair knowledge. Any other way is just a guess.
