So, recently I posted about my 2004 Honda Accord’s idle issues. Many of you gave great advice, but I have made no progress. The issue is the idle is very rough. Rough enough to shake the contents of the glove box. I have done these to try and fix it.
Checked for a dirty throttle body. It was clean (cleaned pretty recently)
Check for vacuum leaks. I found none. This is honestly what i thought it was, but there was none that I could find.
Power balance test. All cylinders respond the same when unplugging the corresponding ignition coil.
Check pcv valve. Clamped the vacuum hose going to it to see if there was a change in idle and there was none.
Oh, and the fuel pressure sensor
Oil levels are fine.ETCG suggested the idle control screw on the throttle body, but my year does not have one.
It is a 2.4L 4 cylinder automatic 2004 Honda Accord.
I am at a loss. Please, any help would be great.

For starters I suggest you follow the steps in this article for solving rough idle issues on Hondas. After you’ve gone through that stop back and report on your progress.
