Condensor fan fuse problems

I have a 1988 Honda Prelude 4WS with 5 speed manual tranny. I had to replace the condenser fan motor and bought an oem condenser fan motor from the dealer. It has been working fine. Then my radiator fan stopped working and I replaced it and now the 15A ATC fuse under the hood for the condenser keeps blowing when I switch on the A/C. Could a bad condenser relay be causing this or do I need to look elsewhere?? Please leave advise. Kinda stumped.

Check that the fuse size is correct. Try swapping
the relay.You may have a bad fan out of the box. Put
an amp meter on the fan to see how many amps its drawing.
