I thought I’d talk a bit about my plans for 2016 in this video. I’m excited about the coming year and the projects I have lined up.

Keep in mind it will be a couple of months before the Fairmont videos start rolling out. I have some other videos to work through before those will start to air. I am looking forward to driving it though.

You mentioned in the newsletter that you got 17: x 7.5″ steel wheels for the Fairmont. I would advise to repaint the wheels black (semi-gloss or flat) and use the police “dog dished” for hubcaps. You know the little ones that snap over the lug nuts! That is a true sleeper look. Some people will look and think cop car, but realize it is too old for that.

Looking forward to the Fairmont series , it’ll be worth the wait I’m sure , that will be a beast when it’s finished , as a brief trip down memory lane for me , when I were a lad , Ford South Africa released a car called the Perana , basically a small to mid sized two door saloon , think Ford Capri, with a 302 V8 , went like a cut cat or stabbed rat , to use the phrase at the time . Ah happy days eh

Last week I ordered all the parts for the rear end and a new set of tires. We’re committed now.
