Is there a Cold Air Intake for the 1.5ltr 2000 TOYOTA Echo?

Also a CAT-Back outlet system for the same car?

I’m not sure what is meant by a cold air intake. If you mean an aftermarket filter with maybe a pipe, how is that a cold air intake? If you mean a scoop that gets air from outside the engine compartment, especially if it gets ram effect, that would be a cold air intake according to my definition.

BTW, don’t a lot of vehicles come from the factory equipped this way? Both cars I drive are.
