I’m assuming that prior to replacing the plugs and wires the vehicle did not have these issues.
If so, I suggest you look back at what you replaced.
1 Are your using the correct spark plugs and that they are gaped correctly.
2 Are your ignition wires are the correct type for your vehicle.
3 Do you have the wires in the correct firing order for your engine.
4 Are all the wires fully seated on both the plugs and distributor.

I wouldn’t know it’s a car I’m looking to buy ..so I was just wondering what could be the issues …that way I don’t buy a car that has a major problem rather than a easy fix

Well that being the case …
It could be open season as to what could be the issue(s)

            Faulty fuel pump
            Clogged / bad injectors
            Faulty coil and or ignition
            Vacuum leak
            Anything listed prior.
            Head gaskets

Unless your willing to take the car to a reliable shop and have gone over.
            I might pass on it.

In that case, there’s no way to verify the other guy’s work or the quality of replacement parts.

As for the 35 mph speed limit thing, maybe it’s a plugged catalytic converter, although you’d think that would be causing more codes to show up.

I´m thinking number 3 and 4 are the place I´ld look first. Especially if the problem arose after changing the plugs.

3 then 4 then check the fuel pump would be my list.

Fuel pump has been the cause of a lot of my random misfire codes.

sometimes if you know what your looking at you can get an idea… if you look at teh fuel trims and o2 live data… you can get an idea of it…. but it will be a rist you will be willing to take… with out haveing a scope with you wich I doult you have… then you can test and confoem the coils and spark plug wires and spark plugs and you can even test the injectors how they are working….. I have even see people test the opening and closing of the valves with a scope..
