Hey guys,
I am daily driving 2005 Kia Sorento 2.4ltr engine with 5 speed manual transmission. I have tried bleeding the clutch at the slave cylinder and there seems to be no air trapped. The clutch kit, master cylinder and the slave cylinder are new but still if I idle in traffic the clutch pedal starts gradually becoming hard to a point that the bite point will be very low and shifting becomes hard. My last doubt is this cylinder which I attached the photo of. It is located after the master cylinder and I am not sure what it is. But the top line on it is the highest point of this system so hoping I can get some air out of it. Is it a safe idea to do so? Also, is this symptoms similar having air in the clutch hydraulics?
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance. 🙂
