What do I use to clean all the old silicone paste off and out of the caliper slide pins and relative bores? I want to put fresh paste in all my calipers so my brakes are working 100% again!

I was thinking more of a solvent for the bores? Will brake parts cleaner get it out?

You could use brake clean but a rag on a screw driver will work also.

Hmmmm… Why does it sound like your brakes were overheated so much that brake lube actually caked to the guides?
Any solvent should take caked grease off guides. Then find some of those wooden long handle swabs with cotton ball on the end, and use that for bore cleaning. No reason to score bore with a screwdriver. Or, simply take a small towel “ear” and twist it into the bore, slowly feeding in.
But I think you over reacting. Unless indeed everything caked. But then you have worse problem to investigate – WHY brakes overheat so badly.
