They are actually $49 local HFT store. It is the best DIY home garage tool for springs I had so far. It’s a bit awkward to put on, with all those arms willing to have mind of their own, but once you get it on – turn ONE nut and voila. Even better if you were to have impact wrench, you just go zzaaappppp.
Because arms spread, you can fit it to variety of larger and smaller strut springs.

the only thing I don’t like about it is that the individual arms aren’t adjustable. Since the springs aren’t necessarily even it needs some way to be able to adjust the individual arms to fit the spring coil. As it stands it generally compresses the spring very unevenly.
Not sure what is meant by “not adjustable”. Each arm moves up-down and in-out. Of course there are some limitations, but… How complicated does it have to be truly> With every additional articulation only prone to breakage?
Works much better than regular compressors, which I had for years.
Compresses just fine. I don’t care if it’s few lbs difference. It does the job fast, safe, and furious.

It’s awesome. At first I thought the arms were fixed and unable to be adjusted for different springs, but I soon found out that the arms have some wiggle room while not under any tension. These will fit on a variety of coil springs, and IMHO are WAY safer than then rod-type compressors. The A-frame prevents everything from slipping and smashing you in the face.
