So I have a 92 civic ex sedan Manual transmission. Most the time when I’m curving right the front right side of the car vibrates and if I hit a small bump while curving right the front end feels like it’s drifting to the left. Also sometimes it happens when curving left or driving straight if the front right tire hits a bump but it’s not nearly as bad as when I’m curving right. I replaced the front passenger side upper control arm and ball joint so It’s not that.

Are the front struts and springs OK? Worn out struts or springs can cause the wheel to hop instead of staying in contact with the road.

When you are turning right, the weight transfer to the left unloads the right tire somewhat, making it easier to bounce, especially when hitting bumps.

I agree: bad struts or shocks
