Cig lighter not working

Just recently bought an 06 Chevrolet equinox and just found out the cig lighter has no power to charge my phone, I checked the fuse and its not blown so what do I do now?

Check for power at the cig lighter with a meter or test light
to confirm power is there or not. A wiring diagram will be needed here.
Under the hood fuse panel check aux #3 fuse is not blown or has power.
