Chevy 4.3 vortec v6

i have a 1998 Chevy 1500 pick up that has a bad 4.3 vortec v6 motor i have a 1997 Chevy Astor with a good 4.3 vortec v6 the has bad wire runs like a champ my ? is the 4.3 vortec v6 in the 1997 Chevy Astor has oil cooling lines but the 1998 Chevy 1500 pick up 4.3 vortec v6 does not have oil cooling lines can the oil cooling be removed with damaging the engine ?

You can take the line apart and transfer them over. If they previously have sweating or leaks at the flexible section of them. I would replace them.

you want to transfer the filter adapter as well. You want to get the o-ring as they won’t be reusable (stretch or swell).

The cooler is the place that needs regards as part can be stuck there (if it is relative to the failure of the previous engine). you will have to clean or replace.
