I have a 2005 Ford Freestar with the 3.9L V6. I recently took it in for a fuel filter change, at which time the shop said I probably need new plugs and wires as at least the wires are original to the car. As it now has over 139k on it, probably time to change them. The shop wants $360 to do this. I have changed plugs and wires on other cars, my main issue is access to the rear plugs. The minivan has a large plastic cowl that needs to come off in order to access those rear plugs.
I would like to know how to remove the cowl in order to get access. Any suggestions on where to find that information?
