CEL code 16 (obd I) how to fix it???

I recently been having this check engine light code come up usually under full throttle or heavy acceleration.The car starts to hesitate or breaking up at high rpms.The CEL code 16 is defective circuit or unplugged/defective fuel injector.I need help as to how am i going to fix this problem.ERic help me out

I’ve heard about intermittent main relays causing this. I’m trying to find a flow chart to help you diagnose it though. Search for it. I’m trying to find out if this has a comparable USDM motor, so we can use that flow chart for diagnosis.

Thats what i heard too and as soon as you find that flowchart let me know me..any other suggestions or advice

I would check the main relay as suggested first.
