I thought it was coolant getting in the oil but her coolant level has stayed the same and the car runs 100% any clues ill try and add some pictures for you guys.

      A: Coolant in the oil.

You have a compression test, leak down test, and a block test in your near future:

Is the car driven short trips?

Either the car is used for very short trips as college man asked, the PCV sytem is plugged or the engine is not running up to correct operating temp or maybe all three.

I could be wrong but i think that white goo is from the dipstick tube and not the oil itself.

Could be just condensation. I wouldn’t worry to much unless the car is over heating or the oil is all milky.

You could do a block test to see if any gases are in the coolant.
How often is the oil changed?

It’s moisture from the air. Don’t worry about it. It’s common especially in GM’s and Jeeps.
