With any no start situation you need to start with the basics.

        Crank No Start video

        No Crank, no start

        Battery terminals

Yes my 2003 pt cruiser gt turbo is turning over its kind of strange its got a new battery and alternator it turns over and starts but then the next time it just cranks over for 10 to 15 seconds then starts. I put new plugs and wires in again and it does the same thing except now when you give it gas in park in the driveway it gets to 2000 rpms then spits and sputters. any clue Marine29 thanks.

You might start by checking for spark and fuel during the no start condition. Also see if there are any codes stored in the computer for detected faults and address those.
