Car shakes when I press on the gas above 40

I have a 07 sentra and the car shakes when I press on the gas above 40 and Its not a tire balance problem since I already did that. It only happens when I press on the gas and when I let go of the peddle it stops. Any suggestions? Thanks

I had a Ford Bronco II when I was in High School and me and a friend would go 4 wheeling through some serious mud. I had the same problem when I accelerated past 40 or 50 the truck would shake like crazy and it was because there was a bunch of mud stuck to the inside of the tire. It is also possible that the weights they put on the tires flew off which is causing the out of balance condition.

You could also have a suspension issue which is causing uneven wear on the tires which would cause them to be out of balance.

Just a thought.
