can’t get new serpentine belt on.

2003 pt cruiser non-turbo.
Putting a new serpentine belt on. I can’t get to new belt around the top wheel. From the bottom I can’t get the belt to go around the wheel. Tried about 30 times. From the top there’s hoses in the way.
Advice?

The video did show me that it was possible to do without bending spacetime. I did get it eventually.

Here’s a tip I figured out. Loop the belt around everything and then behind the tensioner. That way you can still get a monkey wrench on the tensioner nut and then you just slip the belt forward.
