Can’t find fuse Peugeot 206 [2003]

So to many this is probably really simple, but i can’t find the damn cigaret lighter fuse in my 206… it’s supposed to be in either spot 23a or 23b.. but i can’t find said fuse in the fusebox below the steering wheel (also there’s really not many fuses there), so i was wondering if there’s a second fusebox somewhere in the car, if so where?

So you see the spot where it is supposed to be, but there is no fuse? Are you trying to disable the cigarette lighter or get it working?
